Als een gevestigde kapper in het hart van Haarlem, hebben we al meer dan 35 jaar de meest fantastische kapsels en haarstijlen verzorgd. Over Moreno’s:
Onder nieuw management, zijn we op zoek naar een getalenteerde Senior Haarstylist met 5+ jaar ervaring om zich bij ons kleine, maar krachtige team aan te sluiten dat vriendelijkheid, hard werken en plezier waardeert. Met een frisse visie en getalenteerd multinationaal team, willen we ons fantastische team graag uitbreiden.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Voer zelfverzekerd alle knip- en kleurtechnieken uit, inclusief balayage en kleurcorrecties.
Klantvriendelijkheid is een prioriteit bij Moreno´s.
Je kunt zelfstandig werken en nieuwe klanten aantrekken.
Optreden als mentor voor trainees, waarbij je een fijne leeromgeving creëert.

Vereisten:
Sterke arbeidsethos en aangenaam karakter.
5+ jaar ervaring als haarstylist.
Toewijding aan een hoger segment salon en een passie voor kapperswerk.
Je bent bereid om bij te dragen aan het succes van het bedrijf als topstylist.
Beheersing van Engels en/of Nederlandse taal.
Woonachtigheid in Nederland en mogelijkheid om te werken in Nederland.
Salaris: €2.200,00 – €3.000,00 per maand – *afhankelijk van ervaring.

– Confidently execute all cuts and color techniques, including balayage and complex color corrections.
– Uphold high standards of customer service for all clientele.

**Requirements:**
– Strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor.
– 5+ years of experience as a hairstylist.

– Ability to contribute to the success of the business as lead stylist
– Proficiency in English or Dutch.
– Residency and eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
